​Includes: Round trip motorcoach, lunch and the "mystery" part of the trip! Dress is casual. Minimum amount of waking. Bus will leave at 9:30 a.m. and return around 4:30 p.m.

HOME ENERGY ASSISTANCE PROGRAM

"XARSC HEAP OUTREACH" 


​The HEAP program is a federally funded energy assistance

program that can assist an income eligible household with a

once per year winter heat credit on a primary heating bill.

This can include electric, gas, fuel oil,  etc.

Monthly income eligibility is as follows:

1 person household: $1,758 month or less

​2 person household: $2,368 month or less

​3 person household: $2,978 month or less

Noon to share about the rich African American history in Xenia. 




Annual Day of Caring Pancake Brunch

Sunday, February 25th from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Proceeds benefit the XARSC Meals on Wheels Program 

​COST: Ages 12 & under and Seniors 60+: $4.00  

Ages 13-59: $6.00    

Breakfast includes: ​Pancakes, Sausage, donuts, fruit and drink!


​We are also collecting hygiene products this day to donate to the homeless shelter!

​(shampoo, soap, toothpaste, deodorant, etc. / Can be full or travel sizes)
