"XARSC HEAP OUTREACH"
It's that time of year when the weather begins turning cold, and those
pesky heating bills are sure to rise. Why not see if your household is eligible
for a once per year energy assistance credit on your primary HEAT bill?
Primary heat can include: Electric, Natural Gas, Fuel oil, Propane, Kerosene, etc.
HEAP is a federally funded heating assistance program administered by the
Office of Community Assistance/HEAP in Columbus, Ohio
Household income guidelines are as follows:
